You even have a few color options. I used the thinner LEGO baseplate without outer bottom edges.

I guess you must teach your kids quite fast how to play the harmonica. So they must not cry any more about your cutting down their LEGO.

But anyway - that seems to be a good solution for the grip problem.

Send some photos of your SlipSlider harps with those add-ons people, I'm curious to see them :)

Wouldn't double-sided tape work instead of glue? Removable in case you want to try something else.

Double sided tape would be sufficient. I think it suites better than most of the common glues. (And I certainly would not prefer E6000.) That the tape is easily to remove is a plus too.

I have so many old coverplates laying around so i did not care if i had to throw them away after the test. Have not tried if doublesided tape work yet. And i cracked one magnet on my only Hohner SlipSlider so i found two other magnets that matched. But...those magnets are little to strong compaired to original so i cant do a useful test. But it works with Lego and glue. I only use this Hohner SlipSlider as a test version because i only use Seydel and is only waiting for the Powerbender version.

Pics can be attached but they need to be a ridiculously small size, will see if that can be increased.

In the meantime you can use the Resize option in an app like Paint on PCs to reduce photo size.

The regular-breath SlipSlider for tunings like PowerBender/PowerDraw is now available. Here's the demo video (last third deals with this variant):

And here's the info page, including a special assembly video for those who want to make their own Seydel SlipSlider:

Nice!
Are regular breath direction combs going to be available for other makes too?
Seydel has the configurator. But other companies have reeds that are easier to modify.
Is there a Lucky 13 version in the works? Or are they too long to work properly?

Hi Brendan,
Will you be making the slip slider option available on The L-13 harmonicas?
Thanks and all the best,
Bill Blanco.
