Balkan tunes and tuning

I’m getting interested in Balkan tunes which use the “Hijaz” mode/scale in D: D Eb F# G A Bb C D. Its not quite a diminished scale. Hello Brendan, Thanks for your reply. I am using an almost new Toots Hard Bopper/207. I have sanded the comb and created then gasket as you instructed during the seminar. Air loss might be a poorly created gasket. I will try to reduce the blow reed gaps later today after work. I’ll watch your video ...
