Hello Brendan, Thanks for your reply. I am using an almost new Toots Hard Bopper/207. I have sanded the comb and created then gasket as you instructed during the seminar. Air loss might be a poorly created gasket. I will try to reduce the blow reed gaps later today after work. I’ll watch your video ...

@brendan During your seminar/presentation this past Sunday I think you said you have a video on how to half-valve a chromatic. Can you post a link? I’m as far as having removed the valves you indicated (1, 3, 5, 7, 9). Now it is very airy or breathy on those reeds. What is the next step in adjusting...

Well, I just found all the notes on the PC in G. Now its only practice and getting more competent and comfortable with the bends.

I should add I went to a chromatic in G to solve that problem but I’d like to be able to play more tunes on the diatonics.
