recently heard

I don't know, if there is any thread like this already. If not, then just for a start. To share fine music that fits in here. Maybe the one or the other opens a little discussion - be it about the music and the artist(s), or be it about the instruments used. Anyway, if not so, just enjoy the music. ...

Re: Lucky 13 & Embossing.

If you can not find anyone in UK, ask Ben Bouman. He is in Helmond, Netherlands. http://www.benboumanharmonicas.nl/ He does good embossing and customizing on Seydel harmonicas for a reasonable and fair price as well. Maybe you can ask him, if he does embossing on Lucky13 as well. I just do not know,...

... all the repeated A notes. However no doubt you have your own logic that will become apparent when you play. Post a tune with it when you have it made :-) Maybe there is in mind to play a bordune (drone)? I am thinking about veritable clusters of repeating redundants besides and above each other...

Re: Harmonicas with Modular Reedplates

A serious harp player who is not totally focused on a single genre should see the sense in owning at least one modular instrument. Just imagine going to a gig, knowing that in your bag sits precisely the harp that you need for every song! But you should be aware, that just this application usually ...
