Lee Oskar labelling can be confusing. If the label says Em naturrl minor, this indeed means Dm Dorian in first position. I use that custom harp mostly for Irish folk, Canadian folk, American folk, rock and pop, but it is suitable for many other songs with more minor than major chords.
