Re: The SlipSlider - a Revolutionary Blues Harp.

Sorry for delays in the various harps or variants mentioned above, but I'm snowed under with missions at present, mostly to do with production issues for the SlipSlider and Overblow Booster, plus other general life stuff. Not getting much design/testing time. All will come eventually.

Re: Natural Minor Lucky 13's and New Case?

Maybe in the future if Natural Minor becomes more popular. But it's such an easy tuning change from Richter, I'd recommend people doing it themselves for now.

Re: The OVERBLOW BOOSTER - Overblows Made Easy, New OB Effects

Ta for the comments. As for installing the Overblow Booster in the Asiabend: I haven't got around to that Triona, but it should help, as you say. One more mission for the 'to do' list :) The Suzuki Overdrive has some strange anomalies, to do with our old friend Helmholtz Resonance. Pat's article cov...

The OVERBLOW BOOSTER - Overblows Made Easy, New OB Effects

Here's an idea I've been working on for a while, a way to make overbends (overblows and overdraws) easy to get from hole 1-10, even o stock OTB harps.

Re: PowerBender versus PowerDraw

Good analysis Paris. One relevant new development is the SlipSlider harmonica, which is now available in PowerBender and PowerDraw. The PowerDraw version gives all the missing bends in the middle octave that are built-in to PowerBender, so it kind of levels the playing field. You can keep that Richt...

Re: Is there a public calendar for Brendan Power?

After touring a lot in the past I'm now enjoying putting my time mostly into inventing/Rn'D in my home workshop in Canterbury, England. I sometimes do local pub/cafe gigs for the fun of it, and post those on my Facebook pages. Here is the music one: https://www.facebook.com/BrendanPowerMusic/ Occasi...

Re: The Dingle Angle Tuning

Getting back to 'The Dingle Angle' tuning: When I wrote the big spiel on it earlier, I had a serious case of brain fade! I mixed up that tune with another in my mind, '20 Out of 10'. It's on the same album (Tradish), and is one that uses the entire range of the harp - hence the name (which has the d...
