Re: Currently available paddy richter harmonica
I just retuned one of my old regular Richter harps to Paddy tuning, just to feel if it was for me.
Yes, it is! A very nice experience to play, especially some old Swedish traditional songs in aeolan minor.
So, here are my questions. If I order the "PLAY IRISH MUSIC ON THE BLUES HARP" book, there's an option to get 2 Paddy Richter "entry level" harps. I wonder what "entry level" means in this case. Can you compare them to the quality of, say, Hohner Special 20? Better, worse?
Shopping around on the net, I see there's a harp marketed under the name BoogieMan that also comes in Paddy Richter tuning. Are they familiar to anyone? If so, how is the quality?
Cheers, Karl
