Is there a public calendar for Brendan Power?

A space for players interested in my specialist harmonicas, alternate tunings, instructional material, recordings etc to ask questions and share information, experiences, videos etc.

Is there a public calendar for Brendan Power?

Post by EdvinW » Tue Jun 05, 2018 11:19 pm

To Brendan: (or anybody else who might know)

Many artists keep a calender on their web page so that people can see where they are have gigs and when. Is this something you have considered? Or is there one which I have missed?

There are several reasons not to have such a thing, so I understand if you wont put one up. It's just that it would be anoying to have you playing some place near by and miss it for not knowing about it. Just a section with plain text hinting about where you give concerts or go to public conferences would be much appreciated :)

No elaborate answer is needed if you have decided not to be public with this information!

I would think too, that this were nice.
If other artists would like to do as well.

If it is interesting for anyone or not depends on the country or continent, where the event is to happen of course.

After touring a lot in the past I'm now enjoying putting my time mostly into inventing/Rn'D in my home workshop in Canterbury, England. I sometimes do local pub/cafe gigs for the fun of it, and post those on my Facebook pages. Here is the music one:

Occasionally I do short away trips for festivals etc (eg. recently in Denmark, and the upcoming APHF in Beijing in August) and announce those on the FB page in advance - so that's the best place to check. No doubt when the flow of crazy harmonica ideas dries up I'll return more to the performance side and have enough shows to justify a proper Gig Calendar - but right now I'm having too much fun tinkering :-)
