What are the plans for improving the Asiabend?
Basically getting the out-of-the box playability better. Being an un-valved harmonica with a mouthpiece/slider assembly, it really benefits from embossing. I'd like to be able to offer it as an option at the Easttop factory for a reasonable extr sum, but that's proving difficult to implement from the other side of the world. Another way is to offer it after purchase by designated customisers in the West, but that would add significant cost.
The other thing I'm looking into is a complete redesign of the harmonica with a different form and air-shifting system that is intrinsically more airtight. I'm making progress but haven't arrived at something really workable yet.
