Correct! The + is for blow, draws are unmarked. I made the file for a cooperative workshop I attended. Most attendants were blues players, and my research indicated this is how they often prefer to write it. No idea if I was right, but they seemed to accept it

The procedure I used could just as well be adopted to any preferred notation

Ok, there are dozens of spellings at least, especially considering bending, overblows, etc. And if there is the standard sheet notation above, there is no misunderstanding at all.
