Lucky 13 Retune to Paddy Solo

So... I have ended up with an extra Lucky 13 harp in D Solo... what to do with it...
Well, I perhaps like the idea of a retune of the bottom end to make one of Brendan's Paddy Solo tunings... however...
The bottom end of a Lucky 13 already has, of course, those extra couple of notes And
So what might be the best approach to take to make the best use of this thing... the question is really do we do this - which is just three reeds to retune and leave the rest as is.

Or do we do this... and if so, what do we do about all those extra holes 1-2/1-3 at the bottom? I rather like playing chords down that end... but do like the sound of the middle octaves for tunes rather than the top octave.
Ideas anyone?
BTW, if anyone is interested, the screenshot is of my spreadsheet which automatically allows you to build any tuning for any key by entering the scale degrees. If anyone is interested in it, let me know!
